About this holiday home This detached villa is located in a beautiful quiet area between the seaside resorts of La Croix-Valmer and Saint-Tropez. La Croix-Valmer is a lively seaside resort and the market on Sundays is well known in the area.

The villa has preserved its Provençal character with rural decoration. Downstairs are a number of rooms, which are not rented. In the middle is the spacious, attractive living room with a separate dining room and the Provencal kitchen. On both sides are the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Through folding doors you come to the covered terrace where you can relax or have a drink or dinner. From the terrace, you look out on your own swimming pool (heated on request, for a fee) with the azure-blue Mediterranean Sea behind it.

The beautiful, enclosed large garden (with electronic gate) gives you plenty of privacy. The children will probably enjoy the large private pool, but a day at the beach might be even more fun. How about the beautiful beach of Gigaro (4 km) where you can also eat the most delicious fish dishes in the cute beach restaurant. About 8 km away you can take a shortcut to the 5 km long white sandy beaches of Pampelonne near Ramatuelle. Here is also the famous beach club 'Club 55' where the rich of the world come to have their lunch
