About this holiday home
Here we have a contemporary detached villa with beautiful garden in La Croix-Valmer, within walking distance of the sea and beach. Exclusively situated on a private property in a park-like setting with spacious terraces overlooking the Mediterranean
.
The single-storey villa can accommodate six people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional outdoor shower (cold and hot water). The villa has a well-kept interior with fireplace and all appliances are available. There is also a direct access via an idyllic footpath to the small beach. In addition, the house is only a three-minute-drive away from the access to the large sandy beaches of La-Croix-Valmer. The owner has a parking badge, which allows you to park for free, right on the beach.
The villa offers you complete peace and privacy wi th a fenced gardenof over 4000m2 with a shared driveway to the other detached villa on the property. The garden is well maintained and looked after weekly. The house offers enough terrace furniture and its own Jeu de boules court and BBQ. Pets are welcome
La Croix Valmer, the village with a "qualité de vie" is a lovely and charming seaside resort with its weekly market on Sundays that is very popular for miles around. The fish stall will be waiting for you around 12.30 to enjoy some fresh oysters over a glass of white wine.
Saint-Tropez is 12 km from the villa. A shortcut takes you to Saint-Tropez without having to queue in long traffic jams. Saint-Tropez truly offers all forms of entertainment: beautiful sandy beaches, a world-famous marina, plenty of cafés, restaurants and the famous Plage de Pampelonne. There are ten 18-hole golf courses in the area. The village of Port Grimaud, with its bridges over beautiful canals and its pleasant quays with brightly coloured houses, is ideal for strolling

“One unforgettable walk I can recommend is the one over Cap Lardier. The path starts at Plage de Gigaro and has beautiful views along the coastline. The start of the walk goes up and down along the various bays on a narrow path, sometimes over the rocks on the beach. Just before Pin Blanc the path climbs a little, but it doesn't get any tougher. On top of Pin Blanc you can turn left and walk back inland to the starting point. Don't forget to do this route with good walking shoes!”
