About this holiday home

This semi-detached house is located in a quiet residence, about 800 metres' walk from the Mediterranean Sea. It is built against a hill, so the garden is one floor below. You have an enclosed garden with private pool (10 x 5m), garden furniture, table tennis table, barbecue and a covered outdoor kitchen with, among other things, a fridge and a 2-burner gas stove. Let the holidays begin! .

The residence is located on the outskirts of picturesque St Maxime, on the north side of the enchanting Gulf of St Tropez. St Maxime is protected by forested hills that keep the mistral at bay. Discover the resort's charm with its lively marina, beautiful parks and a promenade dotted with palm trees, cosy restaurants, boutiques and cafés. A challenging 18-hole golf course awaits just 3 km away. Water sports enthusiasts are also spoilt for choice, and for the ultimate mundane experience, head to the renowned St Tropez, 12 km away .

Een heerlijk huis, veel ruimte, een heerlijk zwembad en jacuzzi. Alles is aanwezig incl wasmachine, droger, voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor 2 tot 3 auto’s. Het huis was goed schoon bij aankomst.

Jolies maison, mais aucun service. Pas de draps, pas de produits de premiere nécessité (sel, huile, papier toilette ...), un nettoyage tres partiel, du sang sur les marches, un barbecue dégoutant et inutilisable ... et aucun outil pour le nettoyer. Personne ne nous a fait visiter la très grande maison, ne nous a expliqué quoi que ce soit. Pour le prix de la villa je trouve cela assez dommage.

Very good Die Lage - strand- und stadtnah - mit Blick ins Grüne, der Pool und der Whirlpool. Wir haben das Haus nahezu ungereinigt übernommen.
