About this holiday home Charming 'en pierre' house with lots of atmosphere in a lovely quiet location on the edge of the woods of Sauveterre la Lémance, at the crossroads of Lot et Garonne, Dordogne and the Lot region.
The tranquil surroundings are ideal for nature lovers, as deer walk through your backyard, and the nights are still really dark here, with only the hooting of an owl. You will find total relaxation here and enjoy the view and the house. The latter is cosily furnished in a rural style, with a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious living-dining room with a cosy wood-burning stove, a bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the ground floor.
At the back of the house is a nice terrace with the necessary garden furniture.
The owner lives nearby, but is not present most of the time, and grants you all privacy.
Visit the medieval castle of Bonaguil (5 km), Cahors with its old centre and the surrounding vineyards. Go canoeing on the Dordogne or on the river Lot, where you can also enjoy cycling along its banks. The location of the house makes it worthwhile to undertake many tourist activities, but at the end of the day you will be back on your quiet terrace with a glass of wine and life is very beautiful.
