About this holiday home

Enjoy a fantastic holiday in Occitania in this spacious and atmospheric villa. Villa Le Ranch is a beautiful eight-person villa on the outskirts of the village of Oupia. The villa also has a generous terrace with a private pool and a warm hot tub. You have stunning panoramic views over the Minervois valley with the 'Montagne Noire' as a backdrop. Villa Le Ranch features four bedrooms, five bathrooms, air conditioning, a comfortable kitchen, free WIFI, and an enclosed fenced garden.

Le Ranch is in the village of Oupia, where there is a grocery shop with a bread depot near the church square. Oupia is 2km from Olonzac, where all the shops are located. A supermarket is just outside the village. There is a market in Olonzac on Tuesday mornings. The lovely sandy beaches of Beziers and Narbonne are 30-45 min away and are ideal for children of all ages ((kite-)surfing and sailing lessons, go-karting, etc.). The impressive Cité in Carcassonne houses Europe's largest medieval city and is a fascinating trip. Of course, there is fantastic nature in the area for the active holidaymaker (excellent mountain biking, cycling, running, hiking, canoeing, etc.).

Wij verbleven 14 dagen in de maanden juli/augustus met 8 personen waarvan 4 kinderen. Erg fijne, schone en ruime villa! De woonkamer is enorm ruim en kinderen konden daar zeker hun energie kwijt. De keuken is volledig uitgerust en was een fijne gezellige ruimte. De slaapkamers hebben allen een eigen badkamer en toilet, super fijn! De 3 aircos en de ventilatoren in de woning waren voor ons voldoende om alles behagelijk te krijgen tijdens ons verblijf. Het toppunt is toch wel het zwembad, zit/kinderbuitenbad (verwarmd) en jacuzzi die buiten veilig achter een hek in de tuin te vinden zijn. Eigenaar en host uiterst vriendelijk en bij vragen altijd bereikbaar. Oupia zelf is een klein dorp welke prachtige wijngaarden en een Château bevat. In de nabije omgeving is genoeg te beleven om je een aantal weken te vermaken. Een auto hierbij is wel een must. Auto kan je parkeren op eigen terrein bij de villa, zelfs met poort af te sluiten. Kortom, heerlijke vakantie gehad en zouden zo weer terug gaan!

Magnifique séjour, accueil super , excellent contact avec le propriétaire fort sympathique. Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la maison durant cette semaine estivale caniculaire. L appartement est impressionnant de grandeur, à 6 adultes et un petit enfant de 2 ans, nous ne nous sommes jamais marché dessus. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain privée.

Me and my mates a group of five motorbikers stayed here for 5 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and we all had a room each with plenty of space to chill and hang out. the guy called jase or something like that was really responsive and helped fill out the hot tub when it overflowed and offered to drive us places and helped us out with our rubbish. a very chatty guy and very welcoming and very helpful.
