About this holiday home

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms on a plot of about 2000 m2 and is fully fenced. It has a beautiful swimming pool heated by solar energy. Around the pool there is space to sunbathe, or relax in the hot tub. On the terrace there is a dining table for 8. There is also a barbecue and a parasol at your disposal. There is also a covered terrace with smart TV.

The Villa is located in Oupia, a village in the French department of Hérault. It is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. In this region everything is present to experience a top holiday. From beautiful cities like Montpellier, Beziers, to the most beautiful villages like the medieval town Minerve at no less than 12 km distance.

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Het huis is wel aan vernieuwing toe. In de keukenkasten was het niet proper , vettige kastdeurtjes in de keuken. De pomp om het zwembadwater was stuk waardoor er niet kon gezwommen worden wat we héél erg vonden, geen compensatie voor gekregen. Er was een kindje van bijna 1 jaar bij die zó graag in het zwembad wilde maar door de koude kon dit niet. Zonnewering boven de tafel op terras was stuk, zelfs geen parasol beschikbaar. Er was enkel airco in de living wat goed was en maar op 1 slaapkamer, erg smalle bedden.

Super villa dans un coin tranquille de Oupia, un petit village aux habitants très accueillants. Extérieur impeccable et très qualitatif, surtout le jacuzzi et la piscine. Les hôtes sont très réactifs et aux petits soins. petit bémol pour les salles de bains qui demanderaient bien à être refaites à certains endroits mais rien d'alarmant. De manière générale, le séjour était très agréable.
