Charming property located on the border between Charente and Dordogne, just a short distance from Angouleme and the well-known village of Aubeterre Sur Dronne, making it a perfect location to explore both regions! The house is situated independently with a spacious garden and a private pool. There are several seating areas and great views over the rolling hills and forests. For the children, there are various play equipment, and the parents can enjoy the BBQ with a good glass of wine.

Since you are located on the border between Charente and Dordogne, there is a lot to discover: The old town of Angoulême, just 24 km away, has a beautiful historic center. Additionally, enthusiasts of forts and castles will find plenty to enjoy, such as the fort of Villebois-Lavalette or the Château de Rochefoucauld. Brantôme is also known as the Venice of Périgord and is definitely worth a visit. Aubeterre sur Dronne is one of the most beautiful villages in France and is very picturesque!.

The bedrooms on the first floor can be accessed via an external staircase. The bedroom on the second floor can be reached internally via a steep staircase.
