The property offers two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and a shower, and a separate guest toilet. An excellent base for adventurers and peace-seekers in the mountains!.

The municipality of Bürs is the gateway to the Brandnertal and, with the Bürs Gorge, offers an Ice Age natural spectacle for hikers and climbing enthusiasts. Numerous hiking trails, rocky peaks and crystal-clear mountain lakes offer a wide range of leisure activities. In winter, the centrally located ski resorts offer a variety of ski days in the five surrounding valleys. In summer, a mountain bike mecca with the bike park Brandnertal on your doorstep.

I am hugely attached to Brandnertal. It's my favourite place, where I can often be found in the Bikepark. Long walks through Brand and Bürs also provide moments of pure relaxation. Everything you need, such as a supermarket, is within walking distance. Bludenz is also home to great restaurants, such as Der Löwen and Das Tschofen, where you can indulge in culinary delights. For climbers, it is completely ideal, as the climbing hall is just five minutes from the apartment complex
