At the foot of the breathtaking Brandnertal valley lies this cosy ground-floor apartment with a terrace. The modern open-plan kitchen flows effortlessly into the cosy living and dining room. The house has a comfortable bedroom and an elegant bathroom with a free-standing bathtub. An ideal base for nature and mountain lovers!.

The municipality of Bürs is the gateway to the Brandnertal and, with the Bürs Gorge, offers an Ice Age natural spectacle for hikers and climbing enthusiasts. Numerous hiking trails, rocky peaks and crystal-clear mountain lakes offer a wide range of leisure activities. In winter, the centrally located ski resorts offer a variety of ski days in the five surrounding valleys. In summer, a mountain bike mecca with the bike park Brandnertal on your doorstep.

Tip from the homeowner

I am very attached to Brandnertal. It's my favourite place, where I can often be found in the bike park, but the long walks through Brand and Bürs also provide moments of pure relaxation. Everything you need, such as a supermarket, is within walking distance. Bludenz is also home to great restaurants, such as Der Löwen and Das Tschofen, where you can indulge in culinary delights. It is ideal for climbers, as the climbing centre is only five minutes away from the apartment complex

Tip from the expert

Muttersberg - take the cable car in Bludenz and enjoy breathtaking views from the sun-drenched mountain peak. Ideal for hikers and mountain bikers!
