Leider war der Außenbereich,besonders auf der Terrasse sehr dreckig und vermüllt. Der Backofen/Bleche sah aus als wäre er noch nie gereinigt worden , im Bad kein einziger Handtuchhalter, die Handtücher rochen muffig ..... Es gab keine Gästekarten. Positiv waren die unteren anscheinend neu renovierten Schlafzimmer. Schade für das sehr schön gelegene Haus, man könnte soviel daraus machen, würde man etwas mehr auf Sauberkeit achten und einmal gründlich aufräumen . Weil es wirklich urig ist . Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und sind keineswegs kleinlich. Schade

Hübsches Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick. Das Haus hat genügend Platz und Zimmer für die ganze Familie, eine gemütliche Wohnstube, Balkon und Terrasse sowie Garten. Die Landstrasse ist schnell zu erreichen und Kitzbühel und Reith nur 10-15 Min Fahrt entfernt. Die Ausstattung ist komplett, teils etwas älter, aber von allem (Handtücher, Küchenausstattung, Decken etc.) genug da. Ein Skikeller ist nicht vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter Villa for you war sehr gut und einfach, ebenso mit dem Besitzer des Hauses.
