About this holiday home

Just imagine: After a wonderful night's sleep, you head out onto the balcony to start the day with a cup of tea and a marvellous view of the mountains. Enjoy breakfast so that you can set off into the fairytale region full of energy. After a successful day, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room with TV. What a life! One bedroom is only accessible from the outside via the balcony, but this does not detract from the cosiness .

The centre of Ehrwald is just a few hundred metres away, and you will find shops, children's playground, tennis court and golf course. In summer, there are many kilometres of hiking trails via ferratas and mountain routes to explore. In winter, the free ski bus takes you from the house to the nearby ski areas of the Ehrwalder Alm and the Zugspitz Arena.

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Tip from the homeowner

In the living room there is a cosy tiled stove that spreads a pleasant warmth. Heating the tiled stove is not so easy, so please ask the owner to do it, she will be happy to do it for you. For safety reasons, the tiled stove may not be heated by yourself.

Tip from the expert

Just leave your car at home in winter, the ski bus will take you from the house to the Zugspitz Arena or to the family-friendly ski and snowboard paradise Ehrwalder Alm!
