The Katschberg-Aineck, the smaller Fanningberg and Obertauern areas are also easy to reach from here. Cross-country skiers can hit the trails directly in the village. In summer, the mountains and forests will appeal to nature lovers. And do you feel like hitting a ball? There is a well-maintained 18-hole golf course just 8 km away. Golfing among the mountains is a special experience! After only a few minutes' walk you reach the centre of Mauterndorf.
