About this holiday home

Although this may be called a flat, you imagine yourself in a chalet. The decoration is truly beautiful. With an eye for detail, a lot of wood has been used in the furnishing and finishing. Really very atmospheric! The garden with large terrace and lawn is a summer enrichment for the apartment. Take the outdoor sauna where you can relax after an active day.

Uttendorf is a small and convenient village located between the ski resorts of Zell am See /Kaprun and Kitzbühel. A top location for active winter sports enthusiasts who also like variety. Your holiday address is centrally located, and at the same time wonderfully quiet. And then summer. Explore the area on foot or by bike. Many routes through the mountain landscape await you. Or spend a day at the swimming lake that can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Wir haben 3 Wochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht und haben uns einfach rundherum wohlgefühlt, sodass wir am liebsten weitere 3 Wochen geblieben werden. Wir konnten unseren kleinen Hund zu jeder Zeit frei laufen lassen, da das Grundstück vollständig eingezäunt ist. Die Wohnung ist wirklich ein Traum, typisch österreichisch und trotzdem sehr modern. Toll!

In dit verblijf is werkelijk aan alles gedacht, van bakpapier op de bakplaat in de oven, handzeep in de handzeeppomp, afwasmiddel, toiletpapier, een hele fijne buitensauna waar je gewoon gebruik van kunt maken, een tuinterras met privacy. Het heeft een elektrisch bediend zonnescherm. Aan alles is gedacht. Er word contact opgenomen met je als je bent aangekomen, bij thuiskomst zat er een kaartje in onze brievenbus. De bedden zijn prima en er is genoeg opbergruimte voor je kleding.

Eine traumhafte Unterkunft in ruhiger und nachbarschaftlich sehr freundlicher Umgebung. Generell wird man in Uttendorf sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war in einem makellosen Zustand, top ausgestattet und entsprach komplett der Beschreibung. Außerdem ist die Lage als Start zu den Highlights der Umgebung sehr zentral gelegen.
