In summer, enjoy the small garden lounge, a bit away from the house, where the little guests play with the swing, slide together with the children of the house. While here in winter you rest after an active day on the slopes. The options are endless! .

The panoramic Kitzbüheler Alpen cable car can be reached in 10 minutes by car, and in summer the adventure swimming lake Uttendorf is only 3 minutes away by car. The location of the house avoids long drives to the main road.

I love the place it was way better than the pictures , 3 large clean beautiful bedrooms one of them was for kids my kid love it so much there were toys and books to enjoy. The kitchen was perfect you will find everything thing you need . The view of the balcony is a breathtaking way better than we expected. We meet the most welcoming and helpful hosts ever made our vacation even better.
