This spacious Villa for You is detached and extends over 3 levels: from the basement to the first floor. The layout with multiple kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms makes it ideal for multiple families. Ski gear can be stored in the storage room with ski boot warmer and the garage offers space for 2 cars. From the spacious balcony you can take the most beautiful holiday photos. Can you picture it?

Rauris is quietly located and equipped with a varied and modern ski area. The top of the ski resort reaches 2175 metres. From here you have breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner. The ski area is clear and has plenty of easy runs. There are excellent practice slopes, ski schools with playing fields and treadmills. This makes this ski area very popular with families with children. Want to spend a day skiing somewhere else? The Gasteinertal or the Hochkönig region are nearby.
Outside winter, nature lovers or active holidaymakers are sure to get their money's worth here too. Located in a narrow green valley, Rauris is surrounded by mountains belonging to the National Park Hohe Tauern. Within 30 minutes you can reach the famous Kaprun glacier. You can ski all year round here! Moreover, it is recommended to discover the beautiful surroundings on a cycling or hiking tour

Yes the wood packages you can get at the Spar across the road.
Tip from the expert
In Rauris you can toboggan during the day and in the evening. Every Monday and Thursday there is an illuminated slope of 2 km length. You have to buy a separate pass for this, but it is definitely worth it! During the day you can also use the toboggan piste with your normal ski pass.
