This tastefully decorated chalet is a semi-detached house of which the left half is entirely at your disposal. You will enjoy your own wellness area with sauna here and it is only 400 m from the village of Walchen. Within 10 minutes you can reach the well-known and lively Zell am See and Kaprun by car. From the large open kitchen you can easily prepare a sumptuous meal for a cosy evening with a large group. You will often think back to the evenings in this accommodation!.

With the ski bus just 300 metres away, you can reach the popular ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time. This area is known for its always perfect snow conditions. Experienced skiers can fully enjoy themselves here, but beginners or families with children can also master skiing in peace and quiet. But its location also offers many opportunities in spring and summer. Both cyclists and hikers can fully enjoy themselves here.

We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad, is ook mooie woning, met genoeg ruimte voor 6 tot 8 personen.(1 kamer met 2 stapelbedden) Vind ik zelf niet echt handig maar was te doen. Alles is aanwezig. 3 badkamers met douche en wc en alle badkamers hadden ook een fohn. In de kelder was ook nog wc en douche(geen gebruik van gemaakt) Voor een 2 onder 1 kap woning is de huurprijs wel aan de hoge kant. Ook in het dorp is niet veel te doen.(Wel kleine Mpreis aanwezig) Zell am see ligt op 10 minuten rijden en je hebt gratis openbaar vervoer dat is wel een groot pluspunt, vooral als je met oudere kinderen bent die ook eens alleen op stap willen.(10 minuten lopen ben je bij de trein) Woning ligt vlak aan drukke weg, deze hoor je goed als je de deuren/ramen open hebt. Naast de woning ligt een stromende beek,deze hoor je ook goed in de woning, je went er wel na een paar dagen aan. En hoort ook wel bij Oostenrijk.

Ļoti komfortabls apartaments ar ļoti labu atrašanās vietu. Naktsmītne bija tīra, virtuvē bija viss nepieciešamais. Savs auto parkings tuvu ieejai, pie pašiem logiem.

No, there is no Sommerkarte available, but a Gästekarte is provided that allows you to get small discounts on various activities in the area throughout the year. In the period from 1 May to 31 October, you can use public transport for free.

Piesendorf-Walchen also has its own little ski area, called Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl, where there is a practice area with a drag lift (Naglköpfllift), where beginners can learn to ski in peace and quiet. Airboarding, tobogganing, ski gliding and snowtubing are also possible here.
