The garden offers unobstructed views over the surrounding mountain landscape. The recreational lake, which you walk straight to from the garden, brings wonderful coolness on hot summer days, and the surrounding area has much more to offer. For example, the famous Krimml waterfalls (the highest in Europe), the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs and, of course, the countless hiking and mountain biking opportunities.Between Piesendorf and Niedernsill, hikers can explore the impressive cultural landscape trail. From here, you also have stunning views of the Salzach Valley!
Niedernsill is a charming village in the heart of Austria's Salzburgerland region. Very centrally located between the famous ski resorts of Kaprun-Zell am See and the Kitzbühler Alps.
Just 20 minutes from the accommodation, you can take the Porsche Design gondola to the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See in winter. Both beginners and families with children get their money's worth on the quiet slopes near the Niedernsill lifts. Here, there is a beginners' lift with a length of about 300 m and a drag lift with a length of about 600 m. By car, you can easily reach the Zell am See-Kaprun and Kitzbühel Alps ski areas. And the skates can also be packed, because there is a large natural ice rink just 150 meters from the house.

For the first use, a full basket of wood will be provided. Further use is at the guest's expense.
Is there a washing machine available?
No, but it is possible, at extra cost, to do a wash at the owner's house who lives right next door.

This house is located on the outskirts of the village, quite directly on the sports ground where there is a football pitch, a tennis court and a recreational lake. The perfect place to blow off some sporting steam or spend a relaxing day at the lake
