Thanks to the spacious layout, there is plenty of room for everyone without losing the feeling of coziness. The large living area is the perfect place to spend time together, while the two apartments provide extra comfort and privacy. Whether you're traveling with family, friends, a club, or another group, this accommodation offers space, coziness, and comfort for up to 40 people, in every season. The location also makes this group accommodation particularly attractive. In winter, it serves as a delightful base for winter activities and cozy days in the snow. The ski bus stops right at the door and takes you to the ski-area in just five minutes. The accommodation is situated in the beautiful Zillertal Arena region, in the heart of the Austrian Alps. There is plenty to experience here in both summer and winter. In summer, the area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, and other outdoor activities. The impressive mountains and Alpine landscape make the region a stunning destination for nature lovers and active vacationers. The famous Krimmler Waterfalls are also highly recommended. In winter, Zillertal Arena is a popular destination for winter sports enthusiasts. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for skiing and snowboarding, while walkers and lovers of winter nature can also fully enjoy the surroundings.

Is it possible to charge an electric car?
Yes, there is a fast charger with 120 kW and two charging points across from the house, as well as four additional charging stations, each with 22 kW.

In our house, there is a private restaurant that is open all year round, in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Upon request and depending on availability, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast. You are also warmly welcome for lunch in spring, summer, and autumn. In winter, our restaurant is closed in the afternoons. Dinner or catering options are also available upon consultation. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski bus stop is right outside the door, making it easy to travel to the surrounding ski areas. By car, you can reach Hochkrimml and the Gerlosplatte in just a few minutes. Nature lovers will also be pleased: with the guest card, you have access to the impressive Krimml Waterfalls
