Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar aber eben auch direkt an der Straße. Uns hat es nicht sehr gestört die Fenster isolieren gut. Die Sauna ist schön, es gibt 3 Duschen aber nur 2 WCs. Für den günstigen Preis hat es uns gut gefallen!

Ansich ist das Haus gut. Betten waren bequem und frisch bezogen, ausreichend warmes Wasser, auch wenn mehrere Personen Dusche nutzen. Checkin war alles problemlos und sowohl die Badewanne, als auch die Sauna, Skiraum und der große Essbereich waren super. Es gab genügend Schränke in den Zimmern. Die Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage war nicht so perfekt. Die Küche ist für 5 Personen zu klein, der Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine müssten mal ausgetauscht werden. Zudem ging WLAN anfangs nicht, wurde aber auf unsere Nachfrage hin der Router getauscht. Das Haus ist quasi die Mautstation, was ein wenig lsut ist, dafür ist man zeitnah mit Auto in den Skigebieten. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, bei offenem Fenster ist der Straßenkarte jedoch zu laut. Während der Woche wurde 2-3 mal die angrenzende Toilette der Mautstation, die unten im Haus ist (separaterZugang), genutzt, das kriegt man aber wirklich nicht mit, das ist nicht schlimm. Super huisje, 10 min van gerlos alles was makkelijk aan te rijden enige nadeel was wanneer het sneeuwde je flink door de berg moest rijden. Ook zat het huisje bij de tolgrens, en een openbare wc waarbij mensen een paar keren aanbelde. Verder was alles prima, goede voorzieningen en lekker warm. Bedankt!

Unfortunately there's no BBQ available in the holiday home. However, guests can bring their own and use it in the outside. Please note that there is no electricity plug outside.

Tip from the homeowner

The Durlassboden reservoir is an excellent excursion destination - all year round. Embedded in the alpine landscape, the lake offers a fantastic backdrop and many leisure activities. In summer, you can enjoy a wonderful swim in the lake or take a boat trip. Active holidaymakers can also hire surfboards and pedalos or try their hand at stand-up paddling

An absolute highlight is a trip to the Krimml Waterfalls, the highest waterfalls in Austria. The waterfalls are one of the most impressive natural wonders in the Alps, located near Gerlos. They are easily accessible by car or on foot
