This beautiful chalet - the left wing of a semi-detached house - has a particularly elegant location. In the garden, children can play badminton in summer and make a big snowman in winter. The spacious living room with large dining table is ideal for cosy evenings, and you can completely unwind in the private sauna. End the day on the balcony overlooking the distinctive mountain landscape. What a dream!

Krimml is known as the place where you can find the largest waterfalls in Europe. The active vacationer will be completely satisfied with the many walking and cycling routes available. A visit to Gerlos and the nearby Durlassboden Reservoir is highly recommended! Here you can enjoy a lovely walk around the lake or go pedal boating! The charming center is within walking distance of the accommodation, where you will find various restaurants, a supermarket with a bakery, a bank, and a public swimming pool. There are also several options in Krimml to charge your electric vehicle.
In winter, you can catch the ski bus to the popular Zillertal Arena just 400 meters from the house. Due to its central location, you can reach the Wildkogel Arena ski area in just 15 minutes by car. This ski area features a toboggan run that is 14 km long. You start at the mountain station of the Smaragdbahn and finish in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Yes, a charcoal BBQ is provided, but it must be cleaned by yourself at the end of the stay.
Tip from the expert
A village next to Krimml is Wald im Pinzgau. Here you will find the fantastic Kristallbad with an indoor and (small) outdoor pool that is open in summer and winter. A covered slide completes the water fun!
