About this holiday home
The chalet is luxuriously and tastefully decorated. Moreover, it offers fantastic mountain views. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy cooking while enjoying a glass of wine. A cup of coffee or tea on the terrace offers the necessary relaxation, but the real bon vivant will of course enjoy the wellness area with sauna and sun loungers. Enjoy!

The supermarket in the village is just 400 metres away, and you can get delicious, fresh rolls in the morning. Several restaurants are a short distance from the chalet (around 350 metres). The car has also been thought of, as there is parking right next to the chalet.
At 400 metres from the chalet, the ski bus departs with a connection to Köningsleiten. Here you will discover the largest ski area in the Zillertal! The Zillertal Arena is a ski area with 147 kilometres of well-prepared slopes. Krimml also has a cosy apres-ski bar for a nice drink after skiing.
In summer, be sure to visit the Krimmler Wasserfälle. This is the highest tiered waterfall in Europe. A true wonder of nature! In the Wasser Wunder Welt theme park you will discover all the unique properties of water. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers will also enjoy themselves here

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home

Is the house easily accessible by public transport from Innsbruck airport?
From Innsbruck, it is not easy to travel to the house by public transport. It is best to use a taxi or a hire car. Krimml currently has no local train, only buses, after the floods of 2021.
Is this sauna private?
Yes, the house is rented as a whole, the sauna is in the basement and there are no other guests in the house.
Tip from the expert
The Wildgerlo valley is a high valley between the Hohe Tauern and the Zillertal Alps. Nature is beautiful here and in the valley lies a crystal-clear mountain lake. You can take lovely walks here or take a refreshing dip in the lake on sunny days.
