Summer: 1. The house is not only very suitable for large groups, but also small(er) groups will feel at home here. A very practical layout of the various rooms, including a separate game/television room, ensures that young and old, as well as the less able-bodied, will have a comfortable stay. On the ground floor there is a bedroom entirely made of healthy Zirbenholz and a bathroom with walk-in shower. 2. Due to the central location of the house in the wide valley, almost flat roads and cycle paths are a guarantee for beautiful cycling tours. The mountains are also easily accessible with electric bicycles. The Tauernradweg runs practically in front of the house. This unique cycle route starts in Krimml and runs all the way to Passau (several routes possible up to 300 km). A fantastic bicycle route of which you can make some nice trips during your stay in the house. 3. The location of the house near both Bramberg and the gondola to Kitzbühel makes that the possibilities for walking are really unprecedented. So many hiking trails, mountain huts, mountain lakes, lookouts can be found almost nowhere in Austria. 4. Surrounding villages offer enough restaurants, shops and entertainment so that no day has to be the same, let alone boring. From paragliding with the flying school in Bramberg to the rental of electric mountain bikes, mountain karts. Everything is within short distance and very accessible for everyone. 5. From the house you get in a few minutes walk, every day of the week, fresh rolls at the bakery. The adjacent supermarket offers a very complete range of food. 6. Plenty of village festivals in the region. Every village has its own event(s). Experiencing an Almabtrieb is highly recommended. This is when the cows come down from the mountains after the summer to be stabled. 7. The journey to and from the house can be made via various routes (and border crossings). So traffic jams to Austria are not necessary. Winter (sports): 1. Unique ski areas in the vicinity such as the WildkogelArena in Bramberg and KitzSki Kitsbühel - Kirchberg. For access to these areas the lift is at a very short distance from the house (skibus at 250 m). In addition, with a short car or bus ride Kaprun - Zell am See (Kitzsteinhorn 3,000 mtr!), HochKrimml - Zillertal Arena, Gerlos and Königsleiten are easily accessible. 2. In Bramberg is the longest floodlit toboggan run in the world. No less than 14 km of adventure, where you cover 1300 altimeters with a sled in 30 to 50 minutes. A fantastic experience and a must for every tobogganist. The aprés ski afterwards is also more than worth it! 3. Snow kiting is the bomb! This challenging branch of snow fun is not yet known to the general public, but can be practised at several places in the region. 4. Accessibility in winter is guaranteed. Several routes lead you to the house in Bramberg am Wildkogel. Happy holidays!

A visit to Europe's largest nature park, the Hohe Tauern National Park, is an absolute must. The visitor centre of this national park is located in Mittersill, approx. 6 km from the holiday home.
