The large garden invites you to play, grill, and relax while enjoying the beautiful views. Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen, the spacious dining areas offer room for everyone. This is great coming home after an active day in the mountains to make plans again for the next day or to relax in the sauna.
The location is perfect for both winter and summer enthusiasts. No fewer than 8 ski resorts are within 30 minutes of travel from the residence, including the snow-sure glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn, 3 kilometers from the house.
In summer, you will find a swimming pool no more than 5 minutes away by car, and the Tauern Radweg also starts in Piesendorf. Kaprun and Zell am See can be reached quickly and easily by bike. Furthermore, you will take the most beautiful walks in the surrounding mountains. Many opportunities are available for golfing, hiking, swimming, or cycling. The start of autumn skiing on 5 October heralds the beginning of the new ski season on the Kitzsteinhorn. Snowfall and cold temperatures, as well as proven snow management at over 2,500 meters, have created good conditions for the first turns on the glacier slopes

The Kitzsteinhorn is a glacier where skiing is possible almost all year round, but a must in the summer is to see Kaprun's reservoirs and take a nice hike to the Sigmudklamm
