About this holiday home

This exclusive, attractive, detached chalet is located on a very sunny south-facing slope with wonderful unobstructed panoramic views of the Pinzgautal and the surrounding mountain world! With a total area of 220m2 spread over three floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The house is fully equipped and offers plenty of room for 10 people. In the stylish wellness area you will find a large bathtub, luxurious walk-in shower, sauna, loungers and TV to relax in.

The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor with direct access to the garden. This allows you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view even more. The living room is furnished in a rural style with a lot of wood. You can eat or socialise in the two 'Austrian' dining corners or at the long wooden dining table. No less than five bedrooms are available, one of which is furnished as a master bedroom with its own heated south-facing balcony. Almost all bedrooms (four) have a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a wellness area for ultimate relaxation. The chalet has covered parking spaces, a private garden with several sunny terraces and an outdoor shower. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance or enjoy the bread service at home. The location is very central both in summer and winter. In a few minutes by car you can reach the popular ski areas of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snowy glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). Also in summer, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, entirely in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" Vacanza indimenticabile tra escursionismo e paesaggi spettacolari Siamo stati ospiti dello Chalet Erlebnishaus II a Piesendorf per quasi una settimana e la casa ha superato completamente le nostre aspettative. La posizione è semplicemente ideale per chi, come noi, ama l’escursionismo: il Parco Nazionale degli Alti Tauri è a portata di mano, con le migliori attrattive facilmente raggiungibili da questa base. Lo chalet è meraviglioso. L’ambiente è tranquillo e immerso nella natura quasi surreale guardare l’alba dal giardino della casa. Le camere da letto al piano di sopra offrono viste panoramiche spettacolari sulla vallata e sui boschi circostanti che al mattino ci hanno regalato momenti indimenticabili. Una nota importante invece riguarda la camera n°1: è posizionata nel seminterrato, poco luminosa e presenta qualche problema di umidità. La biancheria da letto e da bagno rimane umida. Il pavimento del bagno è eternamente bagnato a causa della scarsa aerazione. Inoltre, entrano troppi insetti e ragni se si lasciano aperte le finestre per areare l’ambiente. Per questi motivi, consigliamo di affittare lo chalet per un massimo di 4 coppie, evitando così di assegnare una camera con queste problematiche. Per quanto riguarda il supporto dello Chalet Erlebnishaus II: sono stati presenti, disponibili e attenti a ogni nostra richiesta, dubbio o chiarimento. L’Austria ci ha sorpresi piacevolmente sotto ogni aspetto. Se state cercando una base confortevole per esplorare questa regione straordinaria, lo Chalet Erlebnishaus II è la scelta giusta per gruppi di amici. Consigliato vivamente

Although Piesendorf is strongly orientated towards the beautiful skiing area of Zell am See/Kaprun, it is worthwhile to go to Kitzbühel for a day and try out the famous World Cup slope the Hahnenkamm.
