Stay in half of this semi-detached house near Zell am See and Kaprun. The sunny location combined with facilities such as a private wellness area and cosy and spacious living room make this house an ideal base for lovers of Austria. For winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet is a great place to stay. The ski bus stop is just 300 metres from the chalet. The ski bus will take you to the popular ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun, where snow fun is guaranteed due to the glacier. The ski areas of Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Its central location in Salzburgerland also makes it the ideal base for beautiful and fun excursions.

Very comfortable. Will want to visit again. This is very nice and comfortable villa. Living room with open kitchen, large dinner table and sofas is quite big and it was very nice for 9 people for evening together time. Bedrooms where small but just enough. 3 bathrooms are OK for 9 people. Big and nice electric sauna is huge PLUS. There is also nice ski-room with heated boot stands. Washing machine and dryer was very important addition.

Villa was very comfortable and well equipped. Hosts were very helpful. Bathroom and shower facilities were great with the extra bonus of the sauna.

Tip from the expert

Not so far from the chalet, towards Mittersill, is a beautifully landscaped swimming pond with various sports and games facilities such as beach volleyball. Relax while the children have fun in the water
