Overall an okay stay for a week with family, but a few things could be improved. The biggest inconvenience was having to go to the office (extra kilometers and limited hours) just to get a key that was already in a lockbox at the house. They could have easily sent the code and info electronically. The house was fine but felt a bit neglected compared to the one next door where we stayed last year. Worn-out terrace furniture, flickering lights in the living area, stove lights not working, and a lint-filled dryer. Also, no soap, shampoo, or basic supplies, and only 3 dishwasher tablets for a 7-night stay. On the bright side, there was a nice welcome gesture with a wine bottle, juice, and sweets. With a few fixes and a better check-in system, it could be a much smoother experience.

Schöne Unterkunft mir super Ausgangslage zu sämtlichen Ausflugszielen in der Region. Fahrradwege und Wanderwege im Prinzip vor der Tür, 2 Minuten zu Fuß gibt es frische Rohmilch vom Bauern. Küche ist für "Wenig-Kocher" sicher super ausreichend, für uns als Großfamilie zu 10, die täglich glutenfrei gekocht haben war es etwas wenig Platz und hier und da spartanisch (zu wenig kleine Löffel, zu wenig Tassen, kein scharfes Messer)-Ebenso sieht es mit Ablage in den Bädern aus- hier wäre ein oder zwei mehr Haken oder Unterschrank genial. Alles in allem aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau, man kann sich ja arrangieren für die Zeit! Der Kicker im Keller kam super an bei Jung&Alt! Die Sauna und der dazugehörige Bereich waren schön.

Not so far from the chalet, towards Mittersill, is a beautifully landscaped swimming pond with various sports and games facilities such as beach volleyball. Relax while the children have fun in the water
