Stay in half of this semi-detached house near Zell am See and Kaprun. The sunny location combined with facilities such as a private wellness area and cosy and spacious living room make this house an ideal base for lovers of Austria. In the basement you will find a ski storage room and from the balcony you can end the day in style with a cup of tea and stunning views of the mountain world. What luxury! .

For winter sports enthusiasts, this chalet is a great place to stay. The ski bus stop is just 300 metres from the chalet. The ski bus will take you to the popular ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun, where snow fun is guaranteed due to the glacier. The ski areas of Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel can also be reached in about 20 minutes by car. Its central location in Salzburgerland also makes it the ideal base for beautiful and fun excursions.

The apartment was simply amazing – spacious, cozy, well-equipped with everything we needed, and very comfortable. The location is excellent for day trips in the area, with a grocery store within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. Highly recommended! The only things we missed were a full-length mirror and more evening activity options around – the area is very quiet and most places are closed early. This might not suit everyone, but for us it was perfect.

Not so far from the chalet, towards Mittersill, is a beautifully landscaped swimming pond with various sports and games facilities such as beach volleyball. Relax while the children have fun in the water
