About this holiday home

This holiday apartment is located on the entire first floor of the detached house where the extremely friendly owner herself occupies the ground floor. The district of Zell am See, Thumersbach, is located on the eastern side of Lake Zell. The house is slightly uphill which gives a fantastic mountain panorama and views of the lake. Here you can unwind while the famous ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun are just a few minutes away by car.

Winter sports in Zell am See / Thumersbach stand for snow security, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the areas of Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang-Fieberbrunn, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many opportunities for skiing or snowboarding. With just 1 ski pass, you have over 400 kilometres of pistes at your disposal! The ski bus to the Schmittenhöhebahn or Sonnalmbahn and also to the centre is 300 metres from the flat. The flat is located in Thumersbach and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun is about 10 km away. The glacier in Kaprun ensures that you can ski almost all year round. The ideal place for a skiing holiday with family or with a group of friends! .

In die Jahre gekommene Wohnung für große Gruppen 😀 Die Wohnung ist schon groß und gut aufgeteilt für 8 Personen. Der Ausblick ist super und auch die Ruhe und doie Parkmöglichkeiten klasse. 😞 Die Ausstattung ist sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Sowohl die Einrichtung, als auch die Bäder, die Heizung und auch das WLAN. Es funktionierte meistens, aber das Internet fiel ab und zu aus, die Heizung ebenfalls, die Bäder sind sehr alt, das Wasser sehr lange sehr kalt und dann unfassbar heiß. Dazwischen gab es kaum. Alle Möbel sind ziemlich durch und nicht bequem. Für den Preis sicher ok.

😀 W pierwszej kolejności lokalizacja i cena. Był to najtańsze miejsce. Blisko do osrodkow narciarskich: Schmittenhöhe w Zell am See (ok. 5km), kitzsteinhorn (ok. 12km) oraz Saalbach (ok. 16km). Jeden karnet na 400 km tras, blisko do przystanku skibus. W domu mieliśmy zarezerwowane całe piętro, gdzie były dwie kuchnie z salonem, 2 łazienki z prysznicami bez muszli oraz 2 male toalety tylko z muszlą. Jedna nawet bez umywalki. Duży wąski taras. Piękne widoki na góry i jezioro w Zell am See. Miejsce parkingowe na cztery pojazdy. Ogólnie polecam. Sam ponownie wybrałbym to miejsce, o ile cena znacząco nie wzrośnie. 😞 Małe sypialnie, ale wystarczające. Apartamenty ewidentnie mają swoje lata jak i ich wyposażenie. Jest jednak czysto i wszystko co potrzebne, nawet ekspres - przelewowy. Jest dedykowane pomieszczenie na narty. Może trochę za chłodne. Brak grzejnika na buty narciarskie. Mało gniazdek elektrycznych, internet się blokował i wymagany był restart rutera. Słaby zasięg WiFi oraz sieci komórkowych. Pracować raczej się z tego miejsca nie da.
