The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient. The host, who lives downstairs, gave us a warm welcome and made the check-in process smooth. However, the Wi-Fi was unexpectedly turned off at 9:15 p.m. on the first day. We had to contact the travel agency and speak with the host the following day to clarify that the internet should remain active throughout the night. Fortunately, the issue was resolved, and the Wi-Fi functioned properly for the rest of our stay. Additionally, the host initially requested that we check out at 9:00 a.m., which we felt was too early. We explained that, according to Austrian regulations, the standard check-out time is 12:00 noon. After several discussions, the host agreed to let us check out at 11:00 a.m.
