About this holiday home

This very spacious and beautiful garden flat is situated in a very quiet and idyllic location on the outskirts of Tamsweg. Tamsweg can be reached by car from the A10 in approx. 10 minutes without any annoying mountain passes. The terrace faces the sunny south and invites you to enjoy it. In addition, the flat offers two parking spaces in the underground garage. (Attention: The hight is 2,0 metres) In the winter, it means you can drive to the slopes in the morning with a car free of ice and snow.

In winter, you can quickly reach the valley stations of the Katschberg-Aineck, Grosseck-Speiereck and Fanningberg ski areas. Within 20 minutes by car you are at the lifts of Obertauern, in an area that was recently declared the snowiest and most snow-sure area in Austria. The ski bus stop is about a 5-minute walk away. The Lungau is a high plateau that lies more than 1,000 m above sea level. The sunny, warm summers and the very snow-secure, cold winters make it a paradise for hikers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. In autumn, mushroom and mushroom hunters get their money's worth. The provinces of Carinthia and Styria are nearby, which means that many and varied excursion options are within reach. Due to this location, excursions to Italy and Slovenia are also possible. .

Eine sehr schöne, geräumige Wohung in einer tollen Lage am Standrand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 10 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Erittäin hyvä paikka, kaikki oli niinkuin kerrottu, oltiin liikeellä kahdella autolla ja molemmille autotallipaikka. Rauhallinen ympäristö ja todennäköisesti jos itävaltaan tamswegin lähelle matkaan niin valitsen saman majoituksen.

Es ist wirklich eine große, tolle und gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Unterkunft. Für 8 Erwachsene aber nicht geeignet. Für 4 Erw. und 4 Kinder gut denkbar. Grund 4 Betten mit 70ger Breite... 2 Garagenplätze sind vorhanden! Toll! Schließanlagen und Zugänge sind übungsbedürtig. Unbedingt Codes und Handy immer dabei haben 😟

Overall, our stay was super clean, quiet, lots of kitchen facilities, equipment for cleaning in place, spacious living room, close to city center, Claudia, our contact person was very responsive Tamsweg was less communicated (ski busses) with the ski resorts than expected (I believed it would be equal to Maunterndorf), bed were narrow, in two bed rooms and the bathroom, the windows faced the hallway, so the window blinds had to be kept down at all times.
