The Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen is approx. 10 minutes by car from the flat. From here you can enjoy one of the biggest skiing areas in Austria which is world famous for the annual Hahnenkamm Race. It takes you approximately 20 minutes by car to the longest illuminated toboggan run of the world in Bramberg, which promises fun for the entire family! Another great option is the Kitzseinhorn glacier at 3,000 metres, an outstanding mountain experience that moves and inspires people 365 days a year. And the best part? The Kitzsteinhorn ski area can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car!.

Nice place to stay when skiing in the region. Located approximately 20 driving minutes away from Kitzsteinhorn ski lifts (Maiskogelbahn), some other options are even closer. Peaceful and beautiful surroundings, good walkable with a dog. No shops or restaurants in the village, so be ready to drive for groceries or dine out. The host is living next door and was very helpful with some small requests/questions coming from our side). Private parking with two slots available for the guests. Easy and flexible check-in (we were let in couple hours before planned time), but very early and pushy check-out (at 09:00, but cleaning lady arrived 15 minutes earlier, which was okay, but stressed me a bit as I needed to harry up while she was watching me :) Overall I can recommend the place, thanks!
