Are you a real winter sports lover? Then you have come to the right place. Just 100 metres from the chalet you will find a ski bus stop and from Saalbach several lifts leave for the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which has over 270 kilometres of slopes. In summer, you will take the most beautiful walks through the centre of Saalbach, about 1.2 km from the chalet. Get your daily groceries at the supermarket 1 km away, but an evening out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants (nearest at 400 m walk) is also a possibility .

Schöne Unterkunft mit fairem Preis zur Nebensaison. Sauna ist ein dickes Plus. Ausstattung auch fast wie beschrieben. Zur Grundausstattung der Küche gehören für uns allerdings wenigstens noch Salz, Pfeffer und Öl zum kochen, sowie Kaffee, wenn schon eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist. Vor allem aber sollten mehr als traurige zwei Rollen Klopapier für eine Woche mit mehreren Reisenden und ausreichend Geschirspültabs vorhanden sein! Die Kommunikation mit der engagierten Verwaltung ist mangelhaft. Stellt jede Menge Fragen, was ich als aufwändig und teilweise merkwürdig empfand. Bei jeder Nachricht wird einem zudem der gleiche ewig lange Paragraf mit Regeln und allem geschickt. Die eigentliche, relevante Information darf man sich jeden Mal mühselig raussuchen. Wenn aber Unterstützung bei der Anreise o.ä. benötigt wird, kann sie einem nicht helfen…

We hadden hier voor 9 dagen geboekt en wat een heerlijk huis. Communicatie ging eerst via VillaForYou en daarna de huis eigenaren. Ik las een andere review dat het inschrijven als lastig werd omschreven, dat is absoluut niet het geval. Communicatie was erg fijn met de huiseigenaren en zeer behulpzaam. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en we kunnen hierbij wel zeggen dat we sowieso nog eens terugkomen.

The place was very nice, as described in the ad. Two bathrooms and in general very comfy. The owner did not reply to one of my emails, but one can slip trough so I will not hod this against them. However, the agency the owner engaged to handle their rental apartment were a real pain to deal with. They asked all sorts of questions that I found very weird. For example: they asked me to lay out a detailed plan of what we intend to do there, how old we are, where we are coming from... I was never asked this sort of questions before booking a simple AirB&B and I found it quite disturbing. When arranging the stay I was in contact with a different agency employee everyday, resulting in unnecessarily difficult communication and having a hard time getting a straight answer. My suggestion to the owner would be to keep doing what you are doing but get rid of the booking agency. They are not doing you any favors.
