Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for two families, each enjoying their privacy. At the large dining table, you will share the friendliness that makes the perfect holiday.
The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you are in the famous ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun, or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer, too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming, or cycling. Even rafting or whitewater canoeing are among the possibilities. In short, it is the ideal exclusive location, all in the atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!".
