About this holiday home

On the sunny side of the valley, enjoy the beautiful views. It is a sunny location with stunning views. The apartment is extremely fully equipped and modern, yet also very atmospheric. Its three bedrooms and two bathrooms make it ideal for two families, each enjoying their privacy. At the large dining table, you will share the friendliness that makes the perfect holiday.

The nearest supermarket is within walking distance. The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you are in the famous ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun, or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer, too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming, or cycling. Even rafting or whitewater canoeing are among the possibilities. In short, it is the ideal exclusive location, all in the atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!".

Great accommodation for a group ski trip We were a group of eight and the accommodation in Walchen was a perfect base for skiing in Kaprun. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped – we had plenty of room for sleeping as well as relaxing together in the evenings after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The location is quiet, and it takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the Kaprun ski lift, which wasn’t a problem for us. Parking at the house was easy. Communication with the host was quick and smooth. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to come back in the future!

We had a really wonderful one week stay with whole family, and it was nice that we could spread in separate rooms, while having great guestroom/kitchen with all neccessay amenities. The host was very welcoming even we were out of planned ckeck-in time. Not to mention the view of surroundings, which are really breathtaking!

For those still a little apprehensive about the larger ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See, the Naglköpfl ski slope, just outside the village, is an excellent alternative. It is ideal for the novice skiers or children
