With a beautiful location close to Zell am See - Kaprun, this luxury apartment has all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday. Winter sports and nature lovers will feel right at home on arrival, and parking for both cars and bicycles is available. The apartment features a communal relaxation area with sauna and a ski storage room with ski boot warmers. In summer, enjoy the terrace with mountain views. Experience relaxation at its best!.

In the evening, you can order a delicious dinner at the restaurant located 300 m from the accommodation. There is a supermarket 400 m away where you can get fresh rolls for your breakfast. Piesendorf-Walchen has its own small ski area called Erlebnisberg Naglköpfl, where there is a practice area with a drag lift (Naglköpfllift), where beginners can learn to ski in peace and quiet. Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing are also possible here. The popular Zell am See - Kaprun ski area is just around the corner. In a few minutes, you can reach the Kaprun (6.4 km) and Zell am See (8 km) ski lifts by car. In summer, the region offers numerous marked hiking and cycling routes for every level. Fancy a refreshing dip? Visit one of the many outdoor or indoor swimming pools or the famous Zeller See in Zell am See which is only 10 kilometers from your holiday home.

Mit der Unterkunft war alles super. Ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen mit drei Badezimmern gab es auch keinen Stau beim fertig machen. Das einzige Manko war, das für die Waschmaschine und den Trockner bezahlt werden musste. Was wir vorher nicht wussten.

Mooi huis. Heerlijke sauna. Maar het huis is klein voor 8 personen. Krappe slaapkamers. Geen ruimte voor iedereen om op de bank te zitten. Het terras voor de openslaande deuren is fijn maar er staan 4 warmtepompen op 3-5 meter voor het terras. Deze maken ook zoveel herrie dat je niet kan slapen met het raam open.

Nice and Spaceous Apartment with 4 sleeping room for 8-10 people. The apartment was handled via a booking bureau "Villa for you" with local service company, so no local host. One Improvement point could be to send the keybox code instead of us need to drive 10 minutes each way... but good communication. It is a shared sauna were you need to book together with the other 8 Apartments. Ski and boot heating room was quite Small and not adequate if apartments was fully booked.
