Luxury apartment with terrace near Kaprun

Parking, especially in lot number 6, is the worst; it's very narrow and difficult to park in, especially if Summer card not available .another car is parked opposite.

Disappointing, dirty and poorly managed 😞 Very disappointing and absolutely not worth the money. Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival. There was dust throughout the property, cobwebs on the towel heaters, dirty floors and dirty showers. There were also wine stains on the table. The overall feeling was that the place had not been properly cleaned or prepared for new guests. We also discovered that one of the four booked beds had not been prepared at all. We had paid for 6 guests and 4 beds, yet only 3 beds were ready for use. When we raised the issue, instead of simply correcting the problem, we were told that the additional bed linen would cost us an extra payment. We found this completely unacceptable, as we had already paid for the accommodation and expected the booked sleeping arrangements to be ready. The toilet also had a problem, with the water continuously running. What made the experience even worse was the way the situation was handled. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our holiday, we spent our evening dealing with messages, trying to get basic things that should have been provided from the beginning, and being asked to pay extra for them. I would strongly advise future guests to be aware of these issues before booking. Basic cleanliness, properly prepared beds and functioning facilities should not be things guests have to fight for after arriving.

Very well furnished house just a short car ride away from Kaprun and Zell am See. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. Unluckily we had a lot of ants in the house which was unpleasant but the hosts brought anti-ant spray which helped a little.
