Flat with large garden 10 minutes from Kaprun

Really nice stay,clean Airbnb with nice bathroom,toilet,kitchen and rooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with lots of dishes and even a dishwasher. Really nice view from the main room . The owner replies quickly and the neighborhood is friendly with lots of stuff to do,such as hikes or skiing . Just keep in mind that there are people living upstairs amd you can hear a lot of stuff due to walls not being thick enough.

Overall, the apartment matched the listing in terms of the number of rooms and their equipment, and the location is convenient, with Kaprun only a short drive away. The area is quiet and the rooms inside the apartment are well soundproofed from each other, which worked well for our group. The bed linen was clean and the welcome bottle of wine was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment was a significant issue. There was a lot of dust, the kitchen cabinets were sticky with oil, and the bathroom smelled of mold due to a clogged drain, which my father had to clean so we wouldn’t be standing in water while showering. Two rolls of toilet paper for four people for a week was also clearly not enough. It would also help to include clearer instructions on where to find the key box, especially when arriving after dark. Overall impression: 6/10. The apartment has potential and a good location, but I would definitely prioritize better cleaning over small welco

Overall was really good, me and my family had a beautiful holiday at this house. We love to stay here and looking forward for the next book at this house
