This stylish first-floor apartment is accessible by lift and equipped with a modern kitchen. You can reach Zell am See and Kaprun in just 10 minutes by car. Waking up with mountain views is special every morning!.

The apartment is beautifully located amid the distinctive Austrian landscape. In winter, you can ski, snowboard and cross-country ski in the Zell am See - Kaprun ski area, while in summer you can take kilometres of walks and bike rides through nature. Trips to the surrounding villages are also well worthwhile. At 9.5 km is a lake that provides plenty of water fun. Don't feel like cooking in the evening? The nearest restaurants are just a 300 m walk from the accommodation.

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Het appartement voldeed aan de verwachtingen; goed ingericht, schoon en goed geïsoleerd qua geluid. Ook het meubilair op het balkon was goed verzorgd. Fijn dat er ook een (gezamenlijke) wasmachine aanwezig was. Als je op zoek bent naar rust, is dit misschien niet het juiste appartement. De naast gelegen beek maakt lawaai en ook de doorgaande weg op enige afstand van het appartement, was goed te horen. Voor ons was dit echter geen probleem.

The adventure mountain Nagelköpfel is located near Piesendorf/Walchen. Besides classic winter sports, you can do a lot more here: Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing. A free ski bus takes you to the mountain and back once a day
