This stylish first-floor apartment is accessible by lift and equipped with a modern kitchen. You can reach Zell am See and Kaprun in just 10 minutes by car. Waking up with mountain views is special every morning!.

The apartment is beautifully located amid the distinctive Austrian landscape. In winter, you can ski, snowboard and cross-country ski in the Zell am See - Kaprun ski area, while in summer you can take kilometres of walks and bike rides through nature. Trips to the surrounding villages are also well worthwhile. At 9.5 km is a lake that provides plenty of water fun. Don't feel like cooking in the evening? The nearest restaurants are just a 300 m walk from the accommodation.

Heel fijn appartement 10 minuten rijden vanaf Kaprun. Mooi ingericht en sfeervol appartement. We hebben hier een fijne tijd gehad, voor in de zomer zit er een ruim balkon bij.

Mooi, ruim appartement voorzien van alle luxe om een fijne vakantie te vieren. De locatie is ook redelijk centraal, wel moet je alles met de auto doen maar als dat geen issue is dat zijn de meeste ski gebieden binnen 20min wel te bereiken.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der gemütlichen Wohnung. Es war alles da. Hatten eine schöne Woche dort verbracht. Unsere Kinder waren sehr glücklich über das Spielzeug, welches da vorhanden ist. Sie haben sich lange damit beschäftigt.

Zeer schoon en luxe appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het is fijn dat beide  slaapkamers een eigen badkamer hebben (waarvan een met bad). Alles aanwezig voor een zeer geslaagde vakantie (tot aan spelletjes aan toe).   Supermarkt met dagelijks vers brood op loopafstand. Zo ook de bushalte naar de gondel van Zell am See, waar je in een kleine 10 min bent. Met een skipas in Zell am See, Kaprun en Saalbach/leogang/etc. skiën! Superfijn dat de auto bij het appartement in de garage staat en je gebruik kan maken van de sauna.  Voor ons de derde keer hier en weer een zeer geslaagde vakantie. Het bezoek aan dit appartement (wederom) zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

The adventure mountain Nagelköpfel is located near Piesendorf/Walchen. Besides classic winter sports, you can do a lot more here: Airboarding, tobogganing and snowtubing. A free ski bus takes you to the mountain and back once a day
