About this holiday home

This beautiful and spacious apartment is located in the middle of the mountains near Mauterndorf, in the beautiful nature of the sunny Lungau region. This apartment has three bedrooms and is very nicely furnished. You can really enjoy your time off here. You can park in the private parking space in the garage at this complex. This house has a large swimming pool which guests can use free of charge. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity.

The cosy village Mauterndorf is a few minutes' drive from this apartment and the ski resorts of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg airport is 120 km away. In summer, you can enjoy mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, tennis, cycling on the Murradwanderweg, road cycling, motorcycling and soaking up the clean air at the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit Golfclub Lungau, a beautiful 18-hole golf course about 9 km away. Playing golf among the mountains is a special experience! In the period from December 1 to March 31, you will receive the Winter Lungaucard for free access and discounts at various facilities.

Het appartementencomplex ligt plm. 150 hoogtemeters boven het dorp Mauterndorf. Ons appartement was ruim, met drie slaapkamers. Balkon met voldoende stoelen. De woon-/eetkamer was ruim genoeg en grenst aan de slaapkamers. De badkamer was voorzien van bad met daarin een douche, maar zonder mogelijkheid om de douchekop ergens aan te bevestigen. De keuken is voorzien van prima apparatuur, ruim servies en pannen e.d., een nespressomachine, afwasmachine en een prima oven. Er is peper, zout en suiker aanwezig. Verder niet. Het ‘servicepakketje’ (afwasborstel, 3 tabs etc.) herkenden wij pas laat. De wifi is prima, maar niet overal even snel. De combi garage en parkeerdek is prima: de fietsen kunnen in de garage. Ik vrees dat bij sneeuwval in de winter de bereikbaarheid beperkt is tot de inzet van 4WD of sneeuwkettingen, maar weet natuurlijk niet of en hoe vaak dat zich voordoet. Het zwembadje is klein maar fijn. De omgeving leent zich heel goed voor ons doel: mtb-tochten.

Herr Seer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er war immer schnell zur Stelle, wenn man was hatte.  Eine solch nette und hilfsbereite Person hat man nicht oft.
