About this holiday home

Set in the mountains of sunny Lungau, this apartment with TV in every room and an extra toilet has a large, enclosed private terrace with unique sun-side views and sockets for charging e-bikes. You can park in your own private parking space in the double garage to the right with your own E-Charger. The house has a large swimming pool, which guests can use for free. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. In short, a wonderful location for your holiday!.

The cosy village of Mauterndorf is just a few minutes' drive from this apartment and the ski areas of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg Airport is 120 km away. In summer you can go mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, play tennis, or go cycling on the Murradwanderweg, in addition to road biking and motorbike riding. Or just get a breath of fresh air in the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit the Lungau Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole golf course approx. 9 km away, playing golf in the middle of the mountains is a special experience! In the period from December 1 to March 31, you will receive the Winter Lungaucard for free access and discounts at various facilities.

If someone alone or with family looking for a quite, relaxing place, above 1.3k m heights, this is the land. Beautiful view, kind people, easy as well as hard walks/hikes, the time slowed down. Brilliant for chillin’! The apartment is perfect, all cosy thing available summer as well as winter. Really nice landscape. I would love to get back again. Communication (with our host) way easy, more languages, feels private. I suggest anybody who chases peace :-)

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung dieses schönen Hauses direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation vorab lief sowohl mit Villa for you als auch mit dem Hausmeister selbst problemlos. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern und hat einen tollen, großen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht und Parkplätzen sowieso einer Tiefgarage direkt am Haus. Die Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien. Ein Highlight ist dann noch der Pool, in dem man sich nach einem langen Wandertag erfrischen kann. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche und würdeb wiederkommen.

Super ruhige Lage mitten in der Natur. Einkaufen in Mauterndorf. Unsere Wohnung hatte einen Riesigen Balkon. Schlafzimmer ausreichend groß. Alles da was man braucht. Sogar flauschige Decken für Abens. Netter Hausverwaltung.
