Set in the mountains of sunny Lungau, this apartment with TV in every room and an extra toilet has a large, enclosed private terrace with unique sun-side views and sockets for charging e-bikes. You can park in your own private parking space in the double garage to the right with your own E-Charger. The house has a large swimming pool, which guests can use for free. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. In short, a wonderful location for your holiday!.

The cosy village of Mauterndorf is just a few minutes' drive from this apartment and the ski areas of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg Airport is 120 km away. In summer you can go mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, play tennis, or go cycling on the Murradwanderweg, in addition to road biking and motorbike riding. Or just get a breath of fresh air in the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit the Lungau Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole golf course approx. 9 km away, playing golf in the middle of the mountains is a special experience! In the period from December 1 to March 31, you will receive the Winter Lungaucard for free access and discounts at various facilities. An outdoor sauna and an infrared sauna are planned and will be available for private booking for a fee starting from December 21, 2026 (subject to change).

We hebben 10 prachtige dagen in Mauterndorf gehad. Met de lungaucard van alles in de omgeving kunnen ondernemen. Appartement had een prachtige ligging waardoor je mooi over Mauterndorf en de omgeving kon uitkijken. Balthasar reageerde snel op onze vragen en heeft ons goed geholpen!

Mooi appartement met werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht. Fijne bedden. Fijn dat er een wasrek is en buiten meubilair en parasols. Leuk dat je in het gebouw kunt tafelvoetballen, tafeltennissen en zwemmen (niet heel warm, maar oke). De lungaucard is werkelijk fantastisch en hebben we veel plezier mee gehad. Het appartement ligt verder heel rustig op de berg en dichtbij de skibanen en de burcht.
