You can park in your own private parking space in the double garage to the right with your own E-Charger. The house has a large swimming pool, which guests can use for free. There are several ski resorts in the immediate vicinity. In short, a wonderful location for your holiday!.
The cosy village of Mauterndorf is just a few minutes' drive from this apartment and the ski areas of Lungau and Katschberg, Obertauern and Fanningberg are also nearby. Salzburg Airport is 120 km away. In summer you can go mountain biking, e-mountain biking, hiking, play tennis, or go cycling on the Murradwanderweg, in addition to road biking and motorbike riding. Or just get a breath of fresh air in the Smarty Outdoorparc. Golfers can visit the Lungau Golf Club, a beautiful 18-hole golf course approx. 9 km away, playing golf in the middle of the mountains is a special experience! In the period from December 1 to March 31, you will receive the Winter Lungaucard for free access and discounts at various facilities. An outdoor sauna and an infrared sauna are planned and will be available for private booking for a fee starting from December 21, 2026 (subject to change).
