The holiday apartment is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Maria Alm, surrounded by the impressive mountain scenery of the Steinernes Meer, the Pinzgauer Grasberge, and the Hochkönig massif in the beautiful Salzburgerland.
In winter, the free ski bus takes you to the popular ski area of Hochkönig in just a few minutes, featuring approximately 120 km of perfectly groomed slopes. Other top areas such as the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, the Schmittenhöhe, and the glacier ski area Kitzsteinhorn can also easily be reached by car in 15-30 minutes. For families and beginners, the small, cozy family ski area of Hinterreit with 4 km of slopes is even right at your doorstep!
In summer, this is a true paradise for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, with hundreds of kilometers of hiking and biking trails. For a refreshing dip, there are various swimming pools in the area, such as the Erlebnisbad Sommerstein, the Erlebnisbad Käpt'n Hook in Saalbach-Hinterglemm, and the three beach baths at lake Zeller See in Zell am See.
The center of Saalfelden, with a good selection of shops, restaurants, and a public swimming pool, can be reached in less than 10 minutes. The charming city of Salzburg is about a 1.5-hour drive away and is perfect for a day trip!.

The Epic Bikepark Saalfelden-Leogang is one of the largest mountain bike parks in Europe and is easily reached by the 8-seater Asitzbahn cable car or the 10-seater Steinbergbahn cable car. If you don't have a mountain bike with you, you can rent one at the Asitzbahn valley station. The bike park offers the right route for beginners and advanced riders. Both freeriders and downhillers get their money's worth here. There are routes at all levels of difficulty
