This cosy first-floor apartment is located on a farm at the sunny edge of Leogang. From the balcony, you enjoy wide views of the Leoganger Steinberge and the Kitzbühel Alps. The inviting living area and the equipped kitchen offer comfort. A wellness area can be reserved for private use, and a daily bread roll service adds a pleasant start to the morning.
Leogang and Saalfelden combine Alpine charm with a wide range of nature experiences. In winter, the ski bus takes you easily to the Saalbach–Hinterglemm–Leogang–Fieberbrunn ski area, while winter trails, cross-country tracks and toboggan routes start nearby.
In summer, hiking and cycling paths lead through forests, alpine meadows and up to beautiful viewpoints. Popular spots include Lake Ritzensee, the Sonnrain leisure area and the Flying Fox XXL for adventure seekers. For quieter moments, the region offers peaceful lakes, cosy mountain huts and small events in the valley – a balanced mix of nature, culture and local flavour.

Our farm is nestled between meadows and forest, a place where you can quickly arrive and let go. The Saalfelden-Leogang Card gives you numerous discounts for excursions in the surrounding area, making even spontaneous ideas easy to realise. In the evening, it's worth taking a short walk behind the garden - the mountain world is particularly peaceful there
Tip from the expert
The small viewing hill above Madreit is a quiet insider tip. The path leads through meadows and forest and is reached in a short time. At the top, a wide view opens up over the Leogang valley - especially beautiful in the early morning, when the mountains light up in the first light and the day begins quietly
