The ski bus stops right at the door and takes you to the ski-area in just five minutes. The accommodation is situated in the beautiful Zillertal Arena region, in the heart of the Austrian Alps. There is plenty to experience here in both summer and winter. In summer, the area is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, cycling, and other outdoor activities. The impressive mountains and Alpine landscape make the region a stunning destination for nature lovers and active vacationers. The famous Krimmler Waterfalls are also highly recommended. In our house, there is a private restaurant that is open all year round, in spring, summer, autumn, and winter. Upon request and depending on availability, you can enjoy a lovely breakfast. You are also very welcome for lunch in spring, summer, and autumn. In winter, our restaurant is closed in the afternoons. Dinner or catering can also be arranged upon consultation. For winter sports enthusiasts, the ski bus stop is right outside the door, making it easy to travel to the surrounding ski areas. You can also reach Hochkrimml and the Gerlosplatte by car in just a few minutes. Nature lovers will also find plenty to enjoy: with the guest card, you have access to the impressive Krimml Waterfalls
