Good to know
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 23:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located
This holiday home is equipped with (security) cameras for the public outdoor areas.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Looking for a place where you can really relax and have adventures? Our modern apartment is super comfortable, stylishly decorated, allergy-friendly (no carpet, no pets, smoke-free) and in a prime location! Free entry to the Krimmler Waterfalls known for their healing properties for allergies and asthma. All our guests receive a guest card that gives them discounts on, among other things, the outdoor swimming pool, mini golf, and the tennis courts

Whether you come to the Zillertal Arena for skiing, snowboarding or cross-country skiing in winter, or for hikes, mountain bike tours, Stand-up paddling on the Stausee, golf clinics or mountain adventures in summer - everything is close by. An additional bonus is that in summer, public transport is free of charge throughout Salzburgerland!
