You are going to Austria for Kaiserschmarrn and of course the beautiful alpine pastures. The perfect combination of both is the Walleggalm. The classic in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm. Their homemade Kaiserschmarrn is explicitly mentioned and receives much praise, along with amazing views and a lively atmosphere.
