Cosy apartment with sunny balcony near Kaprun

Perfect location for skiing, calm and very nice place..

The apartment was easy to find and check-in was smooth with clear instructions. It was warm, comfortable, and clean on arrival. Some listed amenities were missing at first (toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper), but this was resolved. The coffee machine worked poorly and was replaced after our request. Two major issues affected our stay. The listing mentioned a separate workspace, which we needed for our children’s online learning, but there was only a dining table. The sofa in the dining area was in very poor condition, with torn upholstery shedding small particles that spread across the floor and stuck to our feet, beds, and clothes. Covering it with a blanket did not help, and we had to vacuum daily. The washing machine cost €4 per cycle, which was not mentioned, but we were reimbursed for two washes. Overall, the apartment is nice, but these issues impacted our experience.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Für die Hunde gab es extra Hundebetten und auch Näpfe standen bereit. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit der Dusche. Es wurde versucht diese zu beheben, jedoch war dies während unseres Aufenthalts nicht möglich.
