This typically Austrian furnished detached house at 876 metres altitude has a quiet location overlooking the valley and the Mirnock mountains on the edge of a nature reserve and close to the hiking and skiing area of Bad Kleinkirchheim and Millstättersee. Pets are welcome and can safely run free in the 150 cm high fenced garden. Also very suitable for two families travelling together. For your safety, this house has video surveillance outside.
For holidaymakers, this area offers many summer and winter activities, such as hiking, rafting, tobogganing and mountain biking. At the Millstättersee you can refresh and relax. In winter, the top ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim is waiting to be discovered, and the beautiful ski resorts of Turracher Hohe, Goldeck, Rennweg and Nassfeld are also among the possibilities. Just a few minutes' walk from the house you will find very good restaurants: Gartenrast and Schnitselwirt Wanker. Across the street from Gartenrast is the Shilling brewery, where you can sample home-brewed beers such as the famous "granaatbeer" every weekend, really worth trying. In short; a lovely holiday destination in summer as well as in winter.

There are. One plastic toboggan sled in the garage and a wooden sled against the garden shed.
How does payment for charging an electric car work?
If you want to charge an electric car, the owner will ask for a deposit of €150 and this will then be deducted from the actual consumption. Connection is 3 x 16 Amp charging plug type 2 and the rate is € 0.59 per KwH
