Located less than 200 metres from the slopes of the Kötschach-Mauthen ski area and close to the Nassfeld ski resort, the spacious holiday home is fully equipped and offers impressive views of the various mountain panoramas. The ideal place for an unforgettable holiday in the Alps during any season! Free WIFI is available and you can park directly under the carport.
The ski-in/ski-out holiday home is located in the village of Kötschach-Mauthen, at the end of Carinthia’s Gail Valley, nestled between impressive mountains at the tri-border point of Austria – Italy – Slovenia, enjoying above-average sunshine hours.
Just a short distance away are the slopes of the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area (6 km of pistes, 37 km of cross-country ski trails). Other nearby ski areas include Nassfeld-Hermagor (110 km of pistes), Zettersfeld in the Lienz Dolomites (21 km), and the family ski area Golzentipp in Obertilliach (12 km). All ski areas are accessible within 25-45 minutes by car or via a free ski bus (approximately 300 m from the house).
Kötschach-Mauthen is part of the Nassfeld-Pressegger See region and offers a variety of hiking and biking trails, the 'Hike World' with 25 themed paths, the wellness oasis Aquarena, and the idyllic natural swimming pool Waldbad Mauthen. The lakes Pressegger See and Weissensee can be reached in about 30-45 minutes by car, and the beautiful mountain lakes Wolayersee and Frischenkofel are also worth a visit.
