About this holiday home

This lovely semi-detached house is located on a small holiday park a few minutes' drive from the cosy town of Hermagor and a ten-minute drive from the beautiful Nassfeld ski area and Presseggersee lake. With a balcony at the front and back and a lovely terrace, you will always find a spot in the sun. You can park your car directly at your accommodation. The peace and quiet in the Carinthian mountains makes this the ultimate place to enjoy and relax .

The Nassfeld ski area with 110 km of slopes in the south of Austria is very snow-sure and very sunny with its location on the southern side of the Alps and has Austria's longest gondola with the Millennium Express. A 20-minute drive away you will find the Weissensee lake where many skating enthusiasts go in winter and in spring, summer and autumn this is a must for nature lovers. With the crystal-clear water in the middle of the mountains, this is one of the most beautiful spots in Austria. For children, there is plenty of space to play wonderfully. Don't feel like cooking? There are plenty of opportunities to eat out in the surrounding area. This place is easy to reach, without difficult mountain roads. Carinthia is really lovely in both summer and winter. Winters are generally very sunny and cold and summers are wonderfully warm. At the Presseggersee, it is great to relax by the water with temperatures of up to 28 degrees .

Het vakantiehuis Obermöschach 5a is een mooi ruim huis. Het is gezellig ingericht en heeft ruime slaapkamers. De slaapkamers hebben ruime kasten en goede bedden. Het huis heeft ook een ruime moderne badkamer. In de tuin staat een prima tuinset met parasol, een picknicktafel en en BBQ om gebruik van te maken. Het vakantiehuis ligt centraal. Vanaf het huis rij je zo naar plaatsen om Oostenrijk te ontdekken of voor de onvermijdelijke boodschappen. Daarnaast kan je vanaf het huis ook mooie wandelingen maken! Het huis ligt wel dicht langs een drukke doorgaanden weg. 's Ochtends om 06:00 uur komt het verkeer al op gang. Lekker rustig in de tuin zitten met uitzicht op de bergen en weilanden voor bijvoorbeeld het ontbijt of om wat te drinken aan het einde van de dag is er niet bij. Het uitzicht is er wel maar de weg is best druk (doorgaande weg tussen Hermagor-Pressegger See en Weissensee) waar ook zwaar vrachtverkeer en tractoren overheen gaan. Daarnaast staat het huis naast een huis waar een Oostenrijks gezin in woont. De tuinen zijn zo gelegen dat je elkaar dagelijks ziet en elkaar niet kan ontlopen. Het huis heeft geen Nassfeld pas. Een pas waarmee je korting krijgt op liften en activiteiten in Nassfeld. Dat outdoor gebied ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden en is de moeite waard. Een Kärnten card is te koop bij het toeristen bureau. Hiermee kan je ook gebruik maken van diverse liften en activiteiten of krijg je korting. Deze pas is niet voor Nassfeld maar voor de regio Karinthië. Veel activiteiten zijn nog wel een stuk rijden. Vaak mooie ritten, maar een uur in de auto enkele reis is geen uitzondering. Het huis is top. Schoon, ruim, gezellig ingericht en prima tuin, maar de plek laat echt te wensen over!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes und geräumiges Haus und gut ausgestattet, leider direkt an der Bundesstraße. Im Winter sicher optimal, im Sommer total ungünstig, da sich die oberen Etagen sehr aufheizen und man nur mit geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Für kleinere Kinder ist die Lage ungeeignet.
