Enjoy the space, peace and comfort and relax in your own sauna! The generous garden, with two terraces, offers stunning views of the fantastic mountain panoramas. Wi-Fi is available, and you can park directly at the house (with charging facilities).
Located in a chic neighbourhood high above the village of Bad Kleinkirchheim, the country house faces south. It offers authentic Austrian cosiness in a traditional Alpine style, with warm wooden accents, a cosy fireplace, and breathtaking views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, featuring a children's slope, a slow slope, and a snow park. Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the family-friendly ski area Heidi Alm Skipark Falkert, featuring 12 kilometres of ski slopes that can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car. Also highly recommended is the Turracher Höhe ski area, a snow-sure ski area with 43 kilometres of ski slopes and a snow park measuring 1.5 kilometres in length, located approximately 20 minutes from the country house.

Both are in storage in the garage, should they be needed please inform the caretaker, he will place the cot/baby bed in 1 of the bedrooms and the high chair by the dining table in the living kitchen

No, the garage is used as storage and is completely enclosed

Discover the feeling of freedom with your mountain bike on a 15 km Flow Country Trail in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The gravel trail winds from the mountain station Kaiserburg at about 2,100 metres altitude over the ridge through forest and meadow areas before descending about 910 metres into the valley. Rolls, small jetties and winding roads provide plenty of variety. On two of the four trails, there are direct connections to the four Nock Lake Trails. Numerous alternative routes allow beginners and advanced skiers to use the trail simultaneously and safely
