Wi-Fi is available, and you can park directly at the house (with charging facilities).

Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes, with a children's slope, a slow slope and a snowpark. Other ski areas in the Carinthian Nockberge include the family ski area Heidialm Skipark-Falkert with 12 kilometres of pistes and the ski area Turracher Höhe, a snow-assured ski area with 43 kilometres of pistes and a 1.5-kilometre-long snow park. Highly recommended is the Goldeck ski area near Spittal an der Drau, where you will find the longest black run in Austria!

where are the cot and high chair located?
Both are in storage in the garage, should they be needed please inform the caretaker, he will place the cot/baby bed in 1 of the bedrooms and the high chair by the dining table in the living kitchen
the mansion has a garage, can it be used by guests?
No, the garage is used as storage and is completely enclosed

Discover the feeling of freedom with your mountain bike on a 15 km Flow Country Trail in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The gravel trail winds from the mountain station Kaiserburg at about 2,100 metres altitude over the ridge through forest and meadow areas before descending about 910 metres into the valley. Rolls, small jetties and winding roads provide plenty of variety. On two of the four trails, there are direct connections to the four Nock Lake Trails. Numerous alternative routes allow beginners and advanced skiers to use the trail simultaneously and safely
