Discover the charm of the Alps in this detached chalet on a large estate, surrounded by nature and a short distance from the famous lake Wörthersee, the city of Klagenfurt and the Simonhöhe ski resort. From the chalet you will enjoy breathtaking views over the Karawanken mountains. The chalet consists of two spacious, fully equipped apartments - one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Ideal for larger parties or families who want to enjoy an unforgettable holiday together!.

The estate is located in Liebenfels in the heart of Carinthia, Austria's sunniest province. Surrounded by natural beauty, hiking and riding trails, it is a perfect location for an active holiday. Within 30 minutes you can reach the lively city of Klagenfurt, the famous Wörthersee lake and even Italy. For winter lovers, the Simonhöhe ski area is a top location: less than a 15-minute drive away you will find 15 km of slopes and 7 lifts, ideal for families and skiers of all levels. Other larger ski resorts such as Bad Kleinkirchheim (103 km of slopes) and Gerlitzen Alpe (52 km of slopes) are just an hour's drive away. In summer, adventure beckons: hiking, cycling or swimming in idyllic lakes such as Kraigersee, Urbansee, Goggausee, Zmulner See and Längsee. Wörthersee and Ossiacher See are just 15-30 km away. For relaxation, there are public swimming pools in Sankt Veit an der Glan. Culture lovers will discover centuries-old castles, ruins and churches, each with a unique story. For fun and action, you can also play the exciting game Lazer.at on the estate. Liebenfels and the nearest larger town of Sankt Veit an der Glan offer cosy shops and restaurants, so you can enjoy a carefree holiday.

Discover the Simonhöhe, a picturesque nature and recreation area at around 1,600 metres above sea level. In summer, you can enjoy various hiking trails, breathtaking panoramas and cosy mountain huts. Bikers can indulge in the Simonhöhe MTB park, which with its flowing and varied routes is suitable for families, beginners and recreational bikers. In winter, the Simonhöhe turns into a friendly ski area for the whole family, with around 13 km of wide slopes and modern lifts. All year round, the region offers peaceful surroundings, fresh mountain air and a relaxed atmosphere!

A year-round tip is a visit to the KärntenTherme Warmbad-Villach, one of Austria's most modern thermal baths, spanning a total area of 11,000 m² over four levels.
