Skiing in Bad Kleinkirchheim means more than 103 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes with plenty of skiing fun and 24 lifts that quickly take you to the centre of this beautiful ski resort. Enjoy spacious turns on wide slopes, which you can reach without long waiting times via five starting points. The Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area also offers Carinthia's first year-round roller coaster, the Kaiserburg Bob, snow tubing, an exclusive spa and massage tub at the mountain station of the Kaiserburgbahn, and the Brunnach biosphere park lift. It also features a children's slope, a snow slope, and a snow park.
Another ski area in the Carinthian Nockberge is the Skipark Falkert, a small but family-friendly ski area located near the mountain resort Heidi Alm on Falkert. It offers 12 kilometres of slopes, three ski lifts, a snow park, and a cross-country ski trail. You can reach this ski area in about 15-20 minutes by car.
In summer, discover the unique nature of the Nockberge while hiking or mountain biking. An extensive hiking network of about 1,000 km and more than 700 km of mountain biking and cycling routes awaits you! The nearby Carinthian swimming lakes, including Millstätter See, Ossiacher See, and Afritzer See, as well as the public swimming pool in Radenthein or the Brennsee in the family sports village Feld am See, offer plenty of swimming fun and an extensive water sports program in the summer. They can be reached by car in 10-30 minutes.
The centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim is not far from the chalet and offers plenty of shopping opportunities, a large selection of restaurants and two thermal baths, the Therme Römerbad and the St. Kathrein therme.

Directly at the mountain station of the Brunnach Biosphere Park in St. Oswald, the region's new active park is situated. Movement elements for balancing, a water labyrinth with timekeeping, wobble plates, and much more are available to visitors of all ages. However, hanging swings, sunbathing jets, and a flirt bench also invite you to linger and observe!
Flow fun on Europe's longest flow country trail, the Flow Country Trail in Bad Kleinkirchheim. It starts at 2,055 metres at the mountain station Kaiserburg. A total of 15 kilometres with an altitude difference of almost 1,000 metres and an average gradient of 8% on the gravel trail. Pumps, steep slopes, small feeders, and steep curves provide variety. Culinary refreshments are available at huts along the route
