The chalet is located in a small chalet park in Afritz am See, a charming village beautifully situated in the sunny south of Carinthia, surrounded by impressive mountain peaks, lush forests, and by the idyllic lake Afritzer See. It is a place where nature, relaxation, and adventure come together. As soon as you step outside, you are immediately greeted by the fresh mountain air, with each season bringing its own unique atmosphere and experiences.
In addition to the mountains and Afritzer See, the holiday region has much more to offer. The lively city of Villach is nearby and is ideal for a day of shopping, enjoying a cozy terrace, or a relaxing visit to the thermal spa. During the winter period, you can reach excellent ski areas in a short time. Bad Kleinkirchheim, located about 15 kilometers away, offers 103 kilometers of slopes, modern ski lifts, and plenty of opportunities for both families and avid winter sports enthusiasts. The Gerlitzen Alpe is also nearby (approximately 13 kilometers) and features a sunny ski area with about 50 to 55 kilometers of slopes and stunning panoramas of the Alps.
